From September to October 2021, the city hosted the Iskra Urban Camp street art festival. Its purpose is to study the city's identity. The result of immersion in the urban environment of Neftekamsk was urban installations and fresh author's works. The city camping was a continuation of stages of the street art festival Iskra Urban Fest, which took place in previous years.
